Initial Pedagogical Training for Trainers (STCW)
This training course aims to equip trainees with the pedagogical and technical skills necessary to plan, develop, and deliver high-quality training, with a specific focus on maritime training. Throughout the course, participants will have the opportunity to acquire competencies such as the ability to plan and organize training actions tailored to the needs of the maritime sector, apply appropriate pedagogical methodologies according to the trainees' profiles, assess and monitor the training process with a focus on continuous improvement, develop and adapt training content according to regulatory and operational requirements of the field, and integrate technological tools into the teaching-learning process, promoting a more dynamic and effective training experience.
Distance Learning – Resources and Platforms
This course aims to train participants in the planning and development of distance learning actions through the effective use of digital platforms and interactive resources. Online teaching support tools, communication strategies with trainees, and best practices to ensure engagement and learning quality in virtual environments will be explored. It complements the trainer training course by deepening specific skills in facilitating distance learning and adapting pedagogical methodologies to digital contexts.
Onboard Environmental Management
This course aims to raise awareness and train participants in adopting good environmental practices within maritime activities, with a special focus on fishing. The training enables participants to understand the importance of environmental management in preserving natural resources, interpret applicable legislation for fishing activities, and apply effective measures for crew and vessel management that contribute to reducing environmental impact. It also aims to promote a culture of environmental responsibility and awareness onboard, encouraging sustainable behavior in professional activities.
Digital Marketing Techniques and Social Media Management
This course aims to provide participants with knowledge and practical skills to plan, implement, and evaluate effective digital marketing strategies. The training covers topics such as how search engines work and their role as marketing tools, the analysis of digital campaigns, defining online communication plans, and the strategic integration of social media and blogs into websites. Participants will also learn to identify and distinguish between different social media platforms and manage content, interactions, and outcomes to optimize the digital presence of brands.
Email Management and Web Information Search
This course aims to equip participants with the skills to efficiently use digital tools to support work organization and management. The training focuses on the practical use of email as a professional communication tool, as well as effective techniques for searching and validating information online. Participants will learn to organize messages, manage contacts, create folders and filters, and explore strategies for safer, faster, and more goal-oriented web navigation.

This training course focuses on the creative production of online content and aims to develop analytical and critical skills related to the quality of digital information. Through this course, participants will learn how to use content creation tools for digital communication platforms, enhancing their interaction with content on digital channels.
